The Goal is to increase the Chamber Membership to gain a more diverse and broader reaching organization.

Marketing and Reach
The Goal is to increase the reach of the Chamber and create a unified marketing approach for the organization.

Workforce Development
The Goal is to increase the availability of trained and skilled workers for employers in Glynn County. The Chamber, in partnership with EDA, must take the leadership role in this area for our community.

Completion of GAP Analysis on Workforce Development
Creation of master list of all workforce development programs and partners
Creation of programing that addresses needs identified in the analysis.
Advocacy
The goal is to continue to increase our leadership as the voice of business in Southeast Georgia.
