The Goal is to increase the Chamber Membership to gain a more diverse and broader reaching organization.

Create an Advisory Board made up of groups to include past chairs, champions, committee leaders, and other ex-officio members
By-law change to create new level of governance
Renew five-star accreditation with US Chamber
Grow the overall budget that includes Chamber, Foundation and PAC
Identify and create non-dues revenue streams

Workforce Development
The goal is to continue to increase the availability of trained and skilled workers for employers in Glynn County. The Chamber, in partnership with EDA and GICCA, must take the leadership role in this area for our community.
Intended Accomplishments of Goal:
Encourage graduates and high school students to fill the local workforce
Create of support a hospitality training pipeline
Address barriers like workforce housing, childcare, and reskilling
Create opportunities for businesses and members to work more closely together and share knowledge in area of workforce development
Leverage Chamber Foundation to identify and receive grants to support workforce development.
Advocacy and Governmental Affairs
The goal is to continue to increase our leadership as the voice of business in Southeast Georgia.

Increase participation for joint regional chamber events
Regional networking opportunities
Lead efforts for the Shared Vision Partners
Produce the State and Federal Legislative Agenda’s for Glynn County
Continue to maintain local relationships – City, County, and School Board
Governmental Affairs meetings with Michael and Camden Chambers
Advocacy efforts on regional basis in Atlanta and DC
Joint effort and creation of Coastal Legislative Agenda
Chamber Foundation
The goal is to grow the Chamber Foundation to increase effectiveness of the overall organization in order to support leadership and workforce development programs financially.
Intended Accomplishments of Goal:
Better understand the benefits of giving to the Foundation
Create more opportunities to explain these benefits to members and non-members
Increase opportunities to showcase programs for donors
Asses and evaluate the need for increased staff time for Foundation Programs
Identify need for a Foundation staff person (executive director or grant writer)
